Remote-work setup, reliable internet, a suitable workspace, and appropriate equipment

Self-direction, ability to work independently and manage your time without close supervision

Familiarity with tools, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or role-specific platforms

No. Registering adds you to our talent network. When an employer brief comes in that matches your skills and experience, we will contact you. We cannot guarantee a specific timeline or outcome, as this depends on employer demand and role fit.
Not necessarily. Some employer requirements are for senior candidates, but others are suitable for juniors or entry-level professionals. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work remotely and professionally matter as much as length of experience.
This varies by employer. Some roles require UK or US business hours; others are flexible or timezone-agnostic. We will always confirm the expected working hours before presenting you to an employer, so you can decide whether the arrangement suits you.
